Refund policy

At FashionFlare Jewelry, we strive to ensure you love every piece of stainless steel (SS) jewelry you purchase.

Returns & Exchanges:

• We accept returns/exchanges within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
• Due to hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable.

Damaged or Wrong Items:

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours with pictures for a replacement or refund.

Refund Process:

• Refunds are issued via bank transfer or store credit within 5–7 business days after approval.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is on our side.
